ANSWER = First of all, remove three white foods from your daily diets or if it is not possible to remove three white foods from your daily diets then least the consumption of these three white foods in your daily diets. These three whites are white sugar and white sea salt and white flour (maida), now the question is why we should remove or least the consumption of these three white foods. Because these three white foods are very and very harmful for our health. but how these three white foods are harmful to our health, The answers are because these three white foods are not easy to digest. our digestive system not allowed to digest the excess amount of these three whites. when these three white foods are not digested properly in our body then these three white foods collect in our body in an excess amount and create diseases like unstable blood sugar, unstable blood pressure, heart blockage etc. the excess amount of these white foods in our body results are very harmful after 30 years of age. white salt contains the excess amount of sodium which is harmful to our health and sugar have the excess amount of sulfur which is also harmful to our body. we can find the traditional foods as an alternative to replace white sea salt with black salt and white sugar to jaggery or natural sugar product but not chemically processed sugar. If we add these natural foods in our daily diet in place of chemically processed foods then we can stay fit and we can keep our body healthy. Also, we can eat multigrain flour in place of total white flour to keep us fit and healthy. ONE MORE IMPORTANT that we have tried to food cooked in natural oils or zero oil cooked foods, it also keeps us fit and healthy.

Here Saving is the most useful part of your wealthy life, you earn lots of money and spent lots on your family and for yourselves but no savings for the future,  you cannot enjoy a wealthy life in future because when the time will change means in future may be possible that your earning will not match with your expenses, at that time your expenses may be more than your earning,  then only your savings can save and protect you .
